Fringe picked up for full season

Fringe, the new FOX paranormal/sci-fi thriller from J.J. Abram, has been picked up for a full season — leaving us with more of the most excellent Anna Torv, the yummy Joshua Jackson and insightful John Noble this fall!

Fringe is the second show to get a full order — as The CW’s 90210 got its news last week, and HBO’s True Blood has already been renewed for a second season.

Fringe will return with a new episode on Tuesday, Oct. 14 as the trio investigates the cause of a fatal elevator accident with unusual circumstances (this is Fringe, after all!). Olivia will be rocked by someone in her past in this episode, so it’s sure to be juicy!
