Katie Holmes to guest star in “Eli Stone”

Katie Holmes is back, on prime time that is. Holmes will guest star on an upcoming episode of ABC’s sophomore drama Eli Stone titled “Grace” as an attorney whose fate will lead her to Eli (Jonny Lee Miller).
The guest star spot is a reunion of sort for Holmes, who worked with Eli Stone co-creator and executive producer Greg Berelanti on Dawson Creek.
While the exact storyline hasn’t been revealed, rumors are that Holmes will display her singing and dancing skills in the episode.
Holmes played Joey Potter on the popular Dawson Creek. Some of her movies include the more-recent “Mad Money,” “Batman Begins,” Thank You For Not Smoking,” and one of my favorites, a sleeper I guess to everyone else, the 2004 “First Daughter.”
Suri’s mom will make her Broadway debut this fall in a revival of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons.”
Husband Tom Cruise and daughter were spotted on the show’s set and earlier in the week, according to multiple sources.
Eli Stone returns to ABC this fall (Oct. 14) on Tuesdays, 10 to 11 p.m. ET. The “Grace” episode is set to air on Oct. 21.
