Ringwald, McShane and Campbell to Series
There are some big names popping on the small screen in the new season.
— Molly Ringwald joins the cast of an untitled ABC Family series where she’ll play the mother of a pregnant teen (but wait, isn’t she still a teen herself?!? Ah, time flies.) The series also stars John Schneider (Smallville) and Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters)
— Deadwood star Ian McShane will join Aussie actor Christopher Egan in the NBC drama Kings.
— Simon Baker gets another shot at a TV show, this time a CBS drama called The Mentalist.
— Billy Campbell (The 4400, Once and Again) takes the lead in a new SCI FI Channel series, Revolution.

Love Billy Campbell - it’ll be nice to see him again on TV. He and Jennifer Connelly should do a remake of The Rocketeer.
