Three Rivers “Good Intentions” spoilers

In this week’s new episode of Three Rivers, the new CBS transplant drama starring Alex O’Loughlin, things take a turn for the worse when a patient disappears right before the surgery.
The episode “Good Intentions” will air Sunday, Oct. 18 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
Two patients are treated for the same illness but only one will get the heart they need. Shiloh Fernandez will guest star as a former drug addict named Scott who has vowed that he has turned his life around. Believing that he has done so, Andy convinces UNOS to give him a new heart. But Scott is in love with a girl who also needs a heart transplant. Who will get the heart?
The episode will start, as it appears from the photos, with a game of rugby with Andy taking a break before he gets an emergency phone call.
